A screening mammogram aimed at those concerned about breast cancer and who have no signs or symptoms of the disease. This is an ideal check for those who have family history of breast cancer or are concerned about breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK and around 50,000 people are diagnosed with breast cancer each year*. A mammogram can be used to screen for and detect breast cancer early so can be treated as promptly as possible

What's included?
Mammogram
A mammogram - a breast x-ray - to help identify breast cancer in its early stages.
During a mammogram a radiographer will position your breast in a mammography unit. Your breast will be placed on a special platform and compressed so that all the breast tissue can be seen clearly and to prevent any movement.
All mammograms are double reported by specialist Consultant Radiologists.
Min age: 40+
